Dispute Moderators will be hand picked to get started, but will likely be later be nominated and elected by the City Hall for four to six month terms.

This group will be supervised by Debra Charron.

- Handle escalated disputes, not minor disagreements that can usually be resolved by a GM etc, but rather the long notecarded ones that become escalated or take more time looking into.
- Have all the privileges of a GAME MODERATOR (GM) plus privileges necessary to resolve disputes that GMs cannot handle.
- May overrule any GM decision, if needed.
- Have the ability to permanent ban AVs
- Can handle complaints of GM abuse, though if this truly occurs, once things are sorted out it should be probably be discussed with SM and/or me. This could even be a revolving position if needed ... maybe even approved nominees that can be elected, so that everyone feels fairly represented. Required to work together and make decisions and judgments as a group (No Lone Ranger admins in here).
